Delete your Seevil account

This page explains how to delete your Seevil account and the data associated with it. Seevil is a voice-first language-learning app.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Seevil and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm: enter your password, or (if you signed in with Google) confirm the prompt.
- Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately and permanently.
Delete your account by email
If you can’t access the app, email support@seevil.app from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify the request and delete your account and data within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile (name, email, sign-in credentials)
- Your learning progress, word memory, quiz results and settings
- Your voice recordings and conversation history
- Your usage and analytics data tied to your account
- Your authentication tokens
What is kept, and for how long
We do not keep any of your learning content, recordings or profile after deletion. We may retain minimal server logs (for security, fraud prevention and legal compliance) for up to 90 days; these do not contain your lessons, recordings or conversation content. Backups are overwritten on their normal rotation and are not restored to re-create a deleted account.
